Emus and other "prehistoric" birds, (called ratites) are an important part

of the anti-evolution controversy that is still being perpetuated

exclusively for religious reasons of course. 

The exact evolutionary origin of ratites is still being researched.

But the ancestry of all aves within dinosauria is fairly certain. 

Are birds descended from dinosaurs? 

How sound or profound is the evidence of that?

Did they come from some Jurassic park?

Or from their own Adam and Ave?
